I run NUSA Lab by day, as a Transformation & Strategy Consultant for the AI era, shaped by 14 years in Stockholm tech and 10 years running my own consultancy in Singapore.

Who have you helped?
Dun & Bradstreet (Bisnode): aligned customer onboarding across the Nordic countries, and turned an in-house AI/ML capability into a self-service product.
MSAB, a Stockholm digital forensics company: shorter customer journeys, better conversion from trial to purchase, and fewer support escalations.
Leica Geosystems (part of Hexagon): shaping connected IoT products for construction sites, where hardware, software and crews in the field all have to work as one.
In Singapore: ten years of clients, including American Express Asia Pacific, Singapore Exchange, InterContinental Hotels Group and Marina Bay Financial Centre.

Do we need to be "doing AI" already?
No. Most companies start by fixing how things work between teams. AI helps once that's clear, and I'll say so when it doesn't.
I also DJ, and run House Mates, a collective behind the House Mates Invites parties in Stockholm. If you'd rather talk over music than over a whiteboard, that works too.
